The Niles Company, Inc. is a Massachusetts Subchapter S Corporation. Our auditor is Hughes and Company, P.C. of Malden, Massachusetts. Niles is 100% owned by C. Jerry Ragosa. Mr. Ragosa became co-owner in 1984 and completed the purchase of all outstanding stock in 1996.
Niles is a financially strong company established in 1907. It has a strong banking relationship with several local banks. The Niles Company maintains a significant unused line of credit for operating expenses.
