AMO® - In 1984, Niles was designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO); an accreditation established by the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.
CPM - Two members of the Niles team are Certified Property Managers which is the designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
CMCA - Eight members of the Niles management team are designated as Certified Managers of the Community Associations, a designation awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI).
AAA - One member is a panel arbitrator for the American Association of Arbitrators.
LCS - Two members of the Niles management team are licensed Construction Supervisors. (LCS)
NP - Four members of the Niles team are designated as Notary Public.
CPO - Four members of the Niles management team are licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as certified pool operators (CPO).
