Founded in 1907, The Niles Company has provided professional services to the real estate industry for over a century.  During this span, Niles has stood the test of time and evolved into one of the premier third party full service real estate management companies in Greater Boston. The Niles Company currently offers real estate management, brokerage, condominium marketing, construction supervision, maintenance and consulting services.
As an industry leader, The Niles Company maintains the designation of an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®).
The AMO designation was formalized by the National Association of Realtors to establish high standards of professional and ethical conduct for property management companies.

C. Jerry Ragosa, CPM®, President and Owner
Jerry Ragosa is owner of The Niles Company, Inc. and holds the title of President. Mr. Ragosa oversees the operations of all divisions of the firm.  He is involved with the day to day operations of each Niles managed contract to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to meet the needs and expectations of clients.  Prior to joining Niles, Jerry was Trustee and Executive Vice President of Real Estate Investment Trust of America (REITA), the nation's first publicly traded equity real estate trust.  He was responsible for a portfolio of investment property located throughout the United States.  Prior to his tenure at REITA, Jerry was a partner at Minot, DeBlois & Maddison, Inc., one of the country's oldest property management and fiduciary trust companies, where he acted as property manager for the New England portfolio of commercial properties.  Jerry has been an active participant in Greater Boston real estate matters since 1972.  Upon joining The Niles Company in 1984, Mr. Ragosa was instrumental in expanding the firm's traditional forte of residential management to include residential marketing, construction supervision and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Boston College.  Mr. Ragosa is a Certified Property Manager as well as a licensed real estate broker in MA.  As part of the 125th Anniversary of Banker and Tradesman, Mr. Ragosa received the All Star Award as one of Boston's top 125 real estate professionals.
